Lucinda Parsons
Director of Compliance and Training


Lucinda Parsons brings 16 years of executive leadership in management, training, and compliance to the AHEPA team.

Lucy joined AHEPA Management in 2004 in accounting. In 2007, was transferred to the company’s Compliance Department to serve as Assistant Director of Compliance. With a commitment to continuing education, Lucy completed her COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) in 2007, COSA (Certified Occupancy Specialist Advanced) in 2010, MBA from Ball State University in 2011 & COS Masters certifications in 2011 – 2012, as well as her Tax Credit Specialist designation in 2011.

In 2011, was promoted to Director of Compliance, overseeing compliance with HUD regulations and quality assurance for AHEPA senior apartment properties throughout the country. In 2013, she developed the company’s Training Department and became the Director of Compliance and Training.

In her early years, Lucy worked as a CNA/QMA at Ball Memorial Hospital while attending Ball State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors. Upon graduation, she became a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) where she served for eight years.

Parsons then returned to school and graduated from Indiana Business College with an Associate Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor Degree of Business Management. She was employed in accounting for 10 years with firms including Noble Romans, Inc., Account Temps and Comcast Cable Vision. During the employment with Comcast she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ball State University.
