Vice President of Development
Todd Jensen brings 10 years of LIHTC and affordable housing development experience to AHEPA Management.
Since joining AHEPA Management Company in 2013, Todd has led the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development efforts, focusing on the creation of the affordable assisted living facility (AALF) portfolio. Under his oversight, AMC has developed four AALFs in the state of Indiana – Indianapolis, New Albany, Elkhart and Mishawaka – with plans to expand into other states. Todd is responsible for all new project development and has developed affordable housing financed with both 9% and 4% tax credits, the latter also involving tax-exempt private activity bond financing. He works closely with development team members to ensure timely and successful completion of project construction and lease-up. In 2021, he was elected as an Officer of AHEPA Management Company to Vice President of Development.
Previously employed at RealAmerica Development in Carmel, IN, as a Development Associate for three years.
Jensen holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from Purdue University and received his Masters of Business Administration Degree from Butler University.
